Skhumbuzo Given (Nduna Kamavovo) Zikalala, born on September 21st, 1986, is a South African artist, entertainer, and songwriter who grew up prominently in his hometown, Machadodorp, Emthonjeni Township, Mpumalanga. However, he grew up moving around the provinces of Mpumalanga, Johannesburg, and Limpopo, exposing him to a nomadic lifestyle, although his home was always in the township of Machadodorp. His journey as an artist began at a young age, where he participated in school talent shows. Nduna started in Mbhaqanga, which then translated to him recording his demo at 15 years old. From a young age, the artist was always attracted to the drama of creative art, as it was his way of completely expressing himself and his experiences. In tertiary education, Nduna was involved in a hip-hop trio called 20101, which went on to become the Battle Of The MC’s in 2005 with great achievements/appearances. In 2018, he planned to push his two singles (“Kuzeka” and “Kasi 2 Kasi”) from his album ‘KASI 2 KASI’, accompanied by both music videos. Before the end of 2018, he planned on releasing a new album.

Nduna Kamavovo graduated and received a Certificate in Belt Attendant in 2009, juggling his music career with his mine career, fusing both to reach further heights. This is a testament to the hardworking, artistic nature of the individual. On September 21, 2010, Nduna released his debut solo offering titled ‘KASI 2 KASI’. In this project, he sonically illustrates his life experiences as an observant extrovert from Machadodorp. ‘Kasi 2 Kasi’ is currently on YouTube and Datafilehost and soon on iTunes. This project is now sitting on more than 1,000 downloads. The project was solo recorded with Phakza (Producer) from PR Production. The independent musician has also branded himself, and people can contact him via social media @NdunaKamavovoSA. Nduna Kamavovo has also performed on stage at various levels, from live performances to being interviewed on different platforms. The Music Video is currently playing at Trace Africa, Mzansi magic music and other TV platforms.
